More HTML EMAIL conversions with Video

When sending an HTML Email we are constantly reviewing the rate at which the email converts.  This conversion rate can fluctuate wildly depending on a number of factors including when the email was sent, how targeted the list is, the subject line, the body content, and how it looks.  This combination of influences is used to review and modify a given campaign to achieve the best results ( R.O.I. ).

Among the highest conversions are those campaigns that feature a video message or sales pitch.  Video increases the time people spend on a web page and also converts more browsers into buyers.  Visitors are more willing to listen to a sales message than read a sales message.  And, with video, they get to listen AND watch.

With design alone, it is often difficult to get what you want most….a click to a landing page where you can collect contact information.  But, we have found a simple “watch video” graphic contained in the email has drastically improved click-thru rates for our campaigns.  Once there, the visitor is educated about the product or service and given the opportunity to interact. Think about your best salesperson.  What makes him or her the best? Most likely it is their personality and ability to sell that makes them successful. Now imagine if that same salesperson was exposed to 1000 - 100,000 times as many potential clients or customers.
